About the Role
We are expanding our national footprint and are seeking ambitious, entrepreneurial Financial Advisors to join our growing team. Our main underwrite is Liberty, but we also have a brokerage with 60 different codes. This opportunity is ideal for experienced financial advisors, wealth consultants, insurance brokers, or sales professionals who are passionate about helping clients achieve their financial goals while building a successful practice of their own.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Conduct financial needs analyses and provide suitable solutions
- Assist clients with wealth creation, investment planning, retirement planning, risk cover, and estate planning
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and business development activities
- Maintain ongoing client reviews and service engagements
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards
- Achieve agreed sales and business growth targets
Requirements
- Previous experience in financial advisory, wealth management, insurance, investments, or financial services
- RE5 qualification advantageous
- Class of Business and FAIS compliance requirements advantageous
- Strong sales, networking, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Own reliable transport and access to a laptop
- Existing client base will be highly advantageous
