Job Description
About the Role
The Marketing Coordinator role is a key position in our marketing team, responsible for planning and coordinating all marketing and sales support material. The successful candidate will work closely with the Sales and Product teams to design and implement marketing campaigns, manage marketing stock, and oversee digital communication processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and co-ordinate the preparation and supply of all marketing and sales support material
- Work through the Marketing Manager to design and implement marketing campaigns
- Administer the monthly marketing calendar and planned marketing activities
- Use tracking systems to report on campaign performance for both online and offline marketing activities
- Prepare and coordinate digital communication (newsflashes, websites, social media channels, e-commerce site) to all stakeholders
- Oversee all aspects of marketing stock (merchandise and promotional giveaways)
- Assist in the management of outsourced projects with third-party suppliers
- Coordinate visual displays at shows, exhibitions, conferences, and events
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in marketing diploma or degree
- 4 – 7 years experience in a marketing environment
- Agency experience (advantageous)
- High level of competency in Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint) and IT systems and applications
- Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
- Working knowledge of social media (organic and paid advertising) and Google Analytics
