Operating premium static and digital billboard inventory across KwaZulu-Natal, with national partnerships extending its footprint across South Africa, the business is scaling rapidly and embedding a more analytical, performance-driven sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Operations Support

• Capture and document client briefs accurately

Commercial Data & Systems Integrity

• Clean, reconcile, and maintain inventory and campaign data
• Validate system data across booking and reporting platforms
• Support Business Intelligence dashboard inputs
• Maintain site and campaign information across booking systems

Campaign & Flighting Coordination

• Track artwork deadlines and installation schedules
• Liaise with operations to confirm production timelines
