Hospitality and Outdoor – Procurement Officer Kwa-Zulu Natal (Luxury Lodge) Introduction Hospitality and Outdoor is seeking a skilled Procurement Officer to join a prestigious luxury lodge in Kwa-Zulu Natal. This is an exciting opportunity for a detaildriven professional with strong procurement and inventory experience to support a highend hospitality operation. The role focuses on sourcing quality products, managing stock levels, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring seamless operational efficiency in a fastpaced lodge environment. Ideal for candidates with strong analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills who are eager to contribute to a worldclass hospitality team. Job Requirements Proven experience in procurement within hospitality or lodge environments. Ability to evaluate, negotiate, and manage supplier relationships effectively. Strong inventory management skills, including stock control, rotation (FIFO/FEFO), counting, and reconciliations. Knowledge of HACCP standards and South African procurement regulations. Ability to review and manage quotations, purchase orders, and contracts. Experience generating procurement and stock reports and supporting budget planning. Excellent communication and teamwork skills across multiple lodge departments. High attention to detail, organizational strength, and the ability to work under pressure.
