About the Role
Join our team at Vikela Private Reserve, a leading game lodge, and take the next step in your hospitality career. We are now hiring for reservations positions and are looking for a skilled and experienced individual to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage reservations and bookings
- Provide excellent customer service
- Assist with lodge operations
- Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements
- 2–3 years of reservations experience in a lodge setting
- Strong admin and customer service skills
- Knowledge of lodge operations
Qualifications
No formal education or certifications required.
Salary & Benefits
R11 000 per month (pro-rata) depending on experience.
