About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Manager & Data Reporting Administrator to join our team in Port Elizabeth. This pivotal role supports the data-driven decision-making by collaborating with IT teams, consultants, and accountants to execute our clients’ business analytics strategy. The ideal candidate will have 35 years of experience in data management, BI, or analytics (professional/financial services preferred) and be based in PE, but remote setup is also available.

Key Responsibilities

Establish and manage centralized data frameworks aligned with business objectives.
Define data standards, governance protocols, and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Oversee data security and access controls.
Translate business needs into technical requirements for IT teams.
Liaise between stakeholders and developers to deliver accurate data solutions.
Support the design, testing, and deployment of data pipelines and reporting tools.

Requirements

35 years of experience in data management, BI, or analytics (professional/financial services preferred).
Proficient in Power BI, SQL, Excel, and data visualization.
Strong communication skills to bridge business and technical requirements.
Familiarity with accounting and business operations is a plus.

Qualifications

Degree in Data Management, Information Systems, Accounting, or related field.
