About the Role
Ikwezi Mining (Pty) Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Administrator to join our team in Port Elizabeth. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Human Resources department, providing administrative support to employees, and contributing to the overall success of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Addressing employee questions and concerns
- Assisting with conflict resolution and disciplinary processes
- Ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies
- Assisting with workplace investigations
- Issue AOD’s
- Credit Card Recons
- Monthly Vehicle Checklists
- Raise PR’s (SAP)
- Recruitment
- Exit Interviews
- Create Tax directives on SARS
- Load new employees and terminate employee’s on Xtime
- Register fingerprints on biometric readers for authorised access
- Generate and review timecards for monthly Hr reporting
- Monitor and track AWOL
- Monitor and track employee tardiness
- Capture and maintain leave tracker to ensure accurate processing for payroll.
- Identifying training needs
- Organizing training sessions and workshops
- Tracking employee training records
- Supporting career development initiatives
- Submission of ATR and WSP to merSETA
- Register and maintain workplace injury and disease claims on Internal Compeasy
- Reimbursement of claims
- Annual assessment and submission of company’s ROE
- Develop and update ICT Skills transfer programme
- Identify skills to transfer
- Draft training plan based on SOP’s and update training plan as new SOP’s are received
- Perform any other related duties in the interest of CEMZA as instructed
Requirements
- 2-5 Years experience in manufacturing
- 2-5 years’ experience in HR
- Human Resources Diploma/Degree
- IR Knowledge
- SAP Knowledge (add advantage)
- XTime: Time and attendance knowledge
- COIDA Knowledge
- Nsdms/merSETA experience
