About the Role
Dante Personnel is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer / Quality Controller to join our team in Midrand. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high-quality standards and driving process improvements in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain ISO 9001/SABS certification standards
- Conduct quality inspections on incoming materials and finished goods
- Develop, implement, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Lead process improvement initiatives, including time and motion studies
- Train and guide teams on quality standards and best practices
- Prepare technical reports and resolve quality-related issues
Requirements
- Industrial Engineering or Quality Control qualification
- ISO 9001 experience (ISO 45001 advantageous)
- Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge
- Excellent problem-solving skills
