About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Blockman to join our Deboning Plant team in White River, Mpumalanga. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and high-quality meat processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate deboning equipment and maintain plant cleanliness
- Follow established portion control procedures to meet production targets
- Collaborate with production staff to achieve optimal workflow
- Maintain accurate records of production data and report any issues to management
Requirements
- Matric
- 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of meat cutting, deboning, and portion control
- Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
