About the Role
The Account Manager (Sales) position at AtripleA recruitment & temps is a critical role that requires exceptional sales and account management skills. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for promoting our products and solutions to clients in the corporate sector, building strong relationships, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage current clients and generate new business leads
- Conduct weekly calls and physical visits with all clients at least once every 2 weeks
- Provide weekly feedback on pipelines and quotations as well as strategic initiatives for projects
- Prepare and provide clients with quotations on request
- Follow up on a bi-monthly basis on quotations (possible and already distributed)
- Ensure client is updated on deliveries and order progress as and when needed
- Provide after-sales support to Clients
- Follow up on Invoices and Payments
- Attend weekly debtors’ meetings
- Attend product training sessions
- Ensure internal training is up to date on a quarterly basis
- Attend sales meetings & marketing events
Requirements
- Senior Certificate (essential)
- Relevant qualification (preferred)
- Minimum of 7 years’ relevant experience in a senior sales position within the Corporate Sector
- Technical Knowledge as per below Products:
- Product Knowledge including VOIP, Audio Visual, Video Conferencing, WIFI, Networking, Client Computing & Data
- Centre Solutions (Avaya, Microsoft, Crestron, Extron, Poly, CISCO, Huawei, Yealink, Audio Codes, HP, Dell. VM Ware)
- Should have achieved a Target performance of more than 75% over the past 3 Years
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years’ relevant experience in sales (no formal education mentioned)
