About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Alternative Sales Manager to join our Pretoria East team. As a key member of our sales leadership, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing a high-performing team in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and lead a sales team in a call centre environment
Plan, execute, and optimise sales campaigns
Utilise CRM systems to manage customer interactions and track sales leads
Analyse performance data and trends to inform sales strategies
Motivate and lead a high-performing sales team

Requirements

Matric Certificate (essential)
RE5 and FAIS qualifications (mandatory)
RE1 qualification advantageous
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field advantageous
Previous experience in call centre sales and campaign management
Proven experience in short-term and/or long-term insurance sales within a call centre environment

Qualifications

Certificate of Registration with the Financial Services Board (optional)
