About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Alternative Sales Manager to join our Pretoria East team. As a key member of our sales leadership, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing a high-performing team in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a sales team in a call centre environment
  • Plan, execute, and optimise sales campaigns
  • Utilise CRM systems to manage customer interactions and track sales leads
  • Analyse performance data and trends to inform sales strategies
  • Motivate and lead a high-performing sales team

Requirements

  • Matric Certificate (essential)
  • RE5 and FAIS qualifications (mandatory)
  • RE1 qualification advantageous
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field advantageous
  • Previous experience in call centre sales and campaign management
  • Proven experience in short-term and/or long-term insurance sales within a call centre environment

Qualifications

  • Certificate of Registration with the Financial Services Board (optional)
