About the Role
A well-established audit and accounting firm in Lynnwood, is seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate is a technically strong, hands-on professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and takes pride in developing others.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple audit engagements simultaneously, ensuring compliance with IFRS, ISA, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Lead, mentor, and develop audit teams to ensure high-quality work, adherence to deadlines, and professional growth.
- Review audit files and financial statements for accuracy, completeness, and compliance before Partner sign-off.
- Oversee audits of public interest entities (PIEs), statutory audits, and where applicable, listed entities.
Requirements
- Registered Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) is required.
- Registration as a Registered Auditor (RA) with IRBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years post-articles experience in external audit.
- Proven experience managing audits of public interest or statutory entities; listed entity exposure advantageous.
- Strong technical knowledge of IFRS, ISA, and Companies Act requirements.
