About the Role
Hire Resolve’s client, a leading cold meat manufacturer, is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join their commercial and finance team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Structure and analyze Customer and Product Master Data to extract meaningful insights.
- Maintain and update reference tables within the production system.
- Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Update and maintain current dashboards with relevant data.
- Create ad hoc dashboards based on stakeholder requests.
- Present periodic reports to Management, incorporating value-added analysis.
- Source data for new reporting requirements, including collaboration with external service providers.
- Maintain the integrity and accuracy of current data sources.
- Assist the team with data mining and analysis projects.
- Prepare budget files.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis as required.
- Provide data and analytical support to Marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Data Analyst Certification OR Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) / Bachelor of Science (BSc) Degree (or currently studying towards one).
- Power BI Specialist OR highly experienced in Power BI.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an analyst (or similar), commercial, finance, or reporting role.
