Job Opportunity: Internal Sales Administrator Lynnwood, Pretoria East Salary: R20,000 R25,000 (depending on experience)Benefits: Medical Aid, Pension, 13th ChequePurpose of the Role:To provide effective administrative support to the sales team. The Internal Sales Administrator will coordinate and liaise with the sales team and their clients to ensure delivery on sales objectives. This role involves regular client communication, working with channel partners, generating interest, and qualifying prospects.The incumbent will manage all communication during the manufacturing process to ensure client satisfaction.Primary Responsibilities:Prepare accurate and professional bid proposals.Provide general administrative support: electronic filing, handling sales queries, taking messages, and general office duties.Capture new orders and circulate files electronically to relevant departments.Liaise internally to ensure timely accomplishment of customer orders.Maintain regular contact with clients regarding order progress.Maintain and expand a database of prospects within your assigned territory.Assist and support the technical sales team.Compile agendas and take notes during sales meetings.Resolve purchase order (PO) delivery date issues.Assist sales representatives with travel arrangements.Required Qualifications and Experience:Minimum Matric; any administrative or sales certification is an advantage.Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Cloud Services.
