Silverlakes, Pta East: RAF LITIGATION SECRETARY Minimum Requirements:-Well presentable and professional Afrikaans speaking female-Afrikaans & English first & second languages a must-Minimum 3 years recent experience in RAF Litigation (Third Party Claims) at a law firm a must -Computer literate in MS Office and Caselines/Court Online-Good typing skills (speed and accuracy)-Strong knowledge of legal processes, court documents, and filing procedures-Excellent admin and organizational skills-Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines effectively-Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)-Stable employment record and contactable ReferencesDuties:-Typing of High Court and Magistrates Court litigation, specifically RAF / Third Party Claims (on behalf of Plaintiffs)-Drafting, typing and formatting legal documents-Managing RAF and other third-party litigation files-Liaising with clients, counsel and courts-Maintaining accurate records and file management-General legal administrative and secretarial duties Salary: R 15 000 R 18 000 gross (depending on Third Party Claims experience)E-mail detailed CV in Word or PDF format (not as a link) to .za and indicate the following in the subject line:- Reference CR2767; and- Your monthly gross salary expectation in context with offered amount.(Also forward Reference letters and a recent photograph if possible)APPLICATIONS NOT MEETING ALL REQUIREMENTS WILL BE DELETED.
