About the Role

Tri Pharma, a leading pharmaceutical company in Pretoria East, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Tender Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our administration department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and timely submission of all tender-related documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate, compile, and submit tender documents within deadlines
Maintain and update tender registers and documentation
Source and monitor tender opportunities on relevant platforms
Ensure compliance with tender requirements and company standards
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
Prepare supporting documents and ensure accurate record-keeping

Requirements

Matric (a relevant tertiary qualification is advantageous)
Proven experience as a Tender Administrator or in a similar role
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Word & Excel)
