About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled E,C&I Sales Engineer to join our team in Pretoria. As a key member of our sales engineering team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, presenting technical solutions, and ensuring customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Present, demonstrate, and explain technical solutions that meet customer needs.
- Understand customer processes and requirements to provide tailored ECI solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and cost-benefit analyses.
- Provide post-sales technical support and ensure customer success.
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, product, and support) to ensure seamless delivery.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and technical presentations as required.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification (in Engineering) or equivalent.
- 3 years experience in technical sales / sales engineering / pre-sales roles.
- Proven experience presenting technical solutions to customers.
- Strong commercial instincts and results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
