About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled E,C&I Sales Engineer to join our team in Pretoria. As a key member of our sales engineering team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, presenting technical solutions, and ensuring customer success.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong customer relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Present, demonstrate, and explain technical solutions that meet customer needs.
Understand customer processes and requirements to provide tailored ECI solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and cost-benefit analyses.
Provide post-sales technical support and ensure customer success.
Collaborate with internal teams (technical, product, and support) to ensure seamless delivery.
Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and technical presentations as required.

Requirements

Tertiary qualification (in Engineering) or equivalent.
3 years experience in technical sales / sales engineering / pre-sales roles.
Proven experience presenting technical solutions to customers.
Strong commercial instincts and results-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
