About the Role
We are seeking an experienced External Sales / New Business Development professional to join our team in Pretoria, South Africa. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our company’s presence across the Gauteng region and driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Expand the Company’s footprint across the Gauteng region by identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Travel throughout Gauteng to maintain relationships with existing clients while actively seeking and securing new business prospects.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat business, customer satisfaction, and brand loyalty.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive sales strategies and effective client engagement.
- Manage all sales-related administrative functions, including maintaining accurate records, updating client information, and preparing reports.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, potential growth areas, and new opportunities within the market.
- Collaborate closely with the internal team and operational departments to ensure seamless service delivery, timely order fulfillment, and excellent customer support.
Requirements
- Valid South African driver’s license
- Proven experience in a sales role (minimum 2 years preferred)
- Stable career record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English and Afrikaans)
