About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Reservations/ Sales / Bookings & Client Liaison Coordinator to join our Pretoria-based company. As the face of our organization, you will be responsible for managing bookings and reservations, maintaining excellent client relationships, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all bookings, reservations, and scheduling arrangements
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding bookings, confirmations, and queries
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and client requirements
- Maintain accurate booking and client records
- Follow up with clients regarding confirmations, changes, and feedback
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery
- Handle client complaints and queries professionally and efficiently
- Assist with administrative duties and general office coordination
- Prepare reports, schedules, and booking summaries when required
Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Relevant administrative, customer service, or coordination qualification (advantageous)
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Sales, reservations, bookings, administration, and/or client liaison roles
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
