Job title : Executive Personal Assistant Location: Sandton Salary: Up to R125 000 CTC per month Job Duties: Provide high-level executive and personal assistance to senior executives, CEOs, and shareholders; Manage complex calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements; Coordinate executive communications and stakeholder engagement; Prepare presentations, reports, correspondence, and meeting documentation; Liaise professionally with high-level clients, executives, and shareholders; Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion; Assist with organising events, and executive functions; Manage priorities in a fast-paced and demanding environment; Provide administrative and operational support to the executive team; Work extended hours when required to support business operations. Requirements: Previous experience as an Executive PA or Personal Assistant supporting senior management; Excellent interpersonal skills; Professional, polished, and presentable; Strong organisational and administrative abilities; Ability to engage confidently with CEOs, executives, and shareholders; Well-spoken with strong verbal and written communication skills; Flexible and adaptable with the ability to work under pressure; Willing and able to travel when required; Must be able to work in Sandton; Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
