About the Role
AtripleA recruitment & temps is seeking a highly experienced Finance & TLA Manager to join their team in Pretoria. The successful candidate will report to the Finance & Operations Director and be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day functions of the Finance Department, as well as managing the activities of the TLA Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and operations, with experience working in large-scale, complex programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Management and development of Finance and TLA staff;
- Financial management;
- Coordinating and managing month-end and year-end process;
- Payroll and benefits administration;
- Statutory compliance and maintaining external stakeholders’ relations including donors;
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or honors degree in Financial Management, Business Administration, Financial Accounting or other relevant field;
- 5 years of relevant financial working experience;
- Experience in accounting, operations and financial management of large-scale, complex programs;
- Familiarity with USG financial reporting and compliance requirements;
- Demonstrated supervisory experience, interpersonal skills and team building experience;
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications and databases;
Qualifications
- Bachelors’ Degree or Honors Degree in Financial Management, Business Administration, Financial Accounting or other relevant field
