About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to join our team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage confidential legal and administrative documents
- Draft, format, and manage correspondence
- Coordinate meetings and take minutes
- Maintain accurate records and databases

Requirements
- Matric with a relevant Secretarial Certificate or Secretarial Diploma
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant / Legal Secretary

- Strong typing, document formatting, and correspondence skills
