Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients Identify client financial needs and provide appropriate solutions aligned to their goals Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting Build and manage your own client portfolio Conduct financial reviews and provide ongoing client support Achieve and exceed agreed sales and performance targets Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development Represent EQ-FIN and Liberty in a professional and ethical manner Grade 12 / Matric (essential) Relevant tertiary qualification in Finance, Business, Marketing, or related field (advantageous) Previous sales or client-facing experience (advantageous but not essential) Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proven ability to build and maintain relationships Self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial mindset Target-driven with a passion for achieving results High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability Willingness to learn and complete ongoing training and development programmes Basic computer literacy (MS Office and digital tools) Clear credit and criminal record (as per industry requirements) Own reliable transport and valid drivers licence (non negotiable)
