About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Parts Manager to oversee our parts department at Motus Corporation in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and have a strong background in managing inventory, developing customer relationships, and ensuring timely deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the parts department, including inventory control, ordering, pricing, and stocking
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely delivery of parts for repairs and maintenance
- Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Develop and implement strategies to increase parts sales and profitability
- Train and mentor parts department staff to provide exceptional customer service
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in a parts management role
- Strong knowledge of automotive or equipment parts and accessories
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
- Valid drivers license
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED required, bachelors degree preferred.
