Duties and Responsibilities
• Perform reception duties in and efficient, professional, and courteous manner.
• Answering of telephones
• Log/Transfer information on calls received.
• Welcome clients/guests to the office.
• Tee/coffee making for meetings and directors
• Taking Minutes
• Typing letters
• Collecting/sending mail
• Managing couriers and parcels
• Vendor Applications
• Managing of Fleet/Vehicle keys and licenses
• File data and perform other routine tasks.
• Order and maintain relevant office supplies.
• Perform related duties as requested by management.
Position Attributes
• Good computer literacy and typing skills.
• Ability to execute tasks punctually, quickly, and accurately.
• Excellent communication skill.
• Have basic knowledge of accounts.
• Trustworthy.
