About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Retentions Consultant to join our team at King Price Group. As a key member of our Client Relationships department, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and driving loyalty through effective communication and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle difficult client calls
  • Retain clients as part of the King Price royal family
  • Dealing with client queries and complaints in a competent, efficient and professional way, and in accordance with the company culture and values
  • All dealings with clients must be in alignment with the company culture and values
