About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable Customer Care Assistant to join our team. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, communicating clearly, and creating a great customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, email, and social media.
- Assist customers with product/service information and pricing.
- Capture customer details accurately (name, contact info, requirements).
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when needed.
- Follow up with customers on quotes, orders, and feedback.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude in all interactions.
- Work closely with the sales and production teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Keep records of customer interactions and update systems.
Requirements
South African Unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 34.
Must not have participated on the YES programme before.
Matric.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, internet).
Good communication skills (English required; additional languages are a plus).
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
