About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Software Tester to join our team in Pretoria, South Africa. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience testing multiple platforms, including web and mobile-based systems, and a strong understanding of software development life cycles and testing methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Test multiple platforms using various tools such as Selenium/Appium, Cypress, Zephyr, Browserstack, Test Project, and JIRA
- Document and maintain software test artifacts
- Create test cases for automated testing processes
- Perform smoke-, functional-, post-deployment testing to ensure conformity of web design
- Automate testing processes using programming languages like HTML, JavaScript, Kotlin, or Swift
Requirements
- Testing experience on multiple platforms, including web and mobile-based systems
- Experience with Automated Test Tools and Platforms such as Selenium/Appium, Cypress, Zephyr, Browserstack, Test Project, and JIRA
- Basic understanding of databases and SQL
- Familiarity with common software failures and faults
