About the Role
The Administrator role is a vital part of our operations in Richards Bay, requiring an individual with excellent administrative skills and experience in office administration to maintain the smooth functioning of our site.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining registers and personnel files
- Processing of monthly site rosters in accordance with the Assistant Contract Manager
- Daily capturing of attendance on PRP Monthly schedules
- Invoicing Ordering and quotations for all sites
- Generate weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports
- Investigation reports
- Process pay queries and submit to wage department
- Scanning and filling documents
- Minutes taking in meetings
- Maintain Uniform warehouse
- Ordering and issuing of uniform and capturing on the system
- Raise requisitions to get purchase orders
- MIE screenings and Polygraph arrangements
- Appointments and Terminations of personnel
Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
- Relevant experience in office administration
- Must have experience with Mine health and safety comply works
- Previous experience in a similar position will be advantageous
- Must be medically fit and willing to undergo polygraph test
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- MS Office proficiency (excellent knowledge of Excel, Outlook and Word)
- Ability to communicate and present at all levels
- Ability to work under pressure
