(Sugar) Extraction Maintenance Manager (GCC ), Richards Bay, Rneg + ben
- B Tech / BEng/ BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Government Certificate of Competence (GCC Mechanical Factories).
- 5 years in a heavy engineering environment, pref sugar
- Manage capital projects and plant modifications.
- milling and diffuser operations and maintenance.
- Asset management and condition-based monitoring
- lead and motivate the Maintenance and operations
- planned maintenance system.
- technical fault-finding / problem solving skills.
- food safety standards (ISO 22000)
- leading the extraction operations and extraction maintenance
- operation and maintenance of:
- Cane Preparation,
- Juice Extraction
- De-watering Mill
