About the Role
Chainlink Recruitment is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team in Roodepoort, Gauteng. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing strong relationships with existing clients, and developing effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach to potential clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets, focusing on acquiring new clients and expanding market presence.
- Market Research: Analyse industry trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Proposal and Contract Negotiation: Prepare business proposals and negotiate contracts with clients to secure favourable terms and conditions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal sales teams, including marketing and product development teams, to align strategies and enhance service offerings.

- Grade 12 or relevant NQF4 equivalent
