We are seeking a dynamic and commercially savvy Shopper Marketing Manager to drive category and channel strategies within a fast-paced FMCG environment. This role is pivotal in translating shopper insights and brand strategies into impactful commercial execution that delivers growth, profitability, and customer value.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead channel strategy execution aligned to marketing and commercial objectives
• Own pricing and promotional strategies to drive margin and volume growth
• Deliver strong shopper propositions using data-driven insights
• Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve sales and customer targets
• Drive POP (Point of Purchase) execution and route-to-market optimisation

Requirements

• 2–3 years’ sales or customer management experience in FMCG
• Strong category management exposure across multiple channels
• Commercially minded with excellent analytical skills
