About the Role

The Recruitment Pig is seeking a Sales Representative to join our client’s team in Rustenburg, North West Region. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing sales across the region, building strong relationships with hardware stores and retailers, and selling tools and DIY products to retail and distribution customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales across the North West Region
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hardware stores and hardware retailers
• Sell tools, DIY tools, and hardware products to retail and distribution customers
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within your region
• Achieve monthly sales targets through regular customer visits and follow-ups

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Sales Representative in hardware, tools, or wholesale distribution
• Solid understanding of hardware retailers and distribution channels
• Experience selling tools or DIY products is essential
• Ability to work independently and manage a regional sales territory
• Strong communication, planning, and negotiation skills
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the North West

R25 000 basic salary + commission – OTE R40k
