KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. End-to-end IT support across multiple sites2. Hands-on troubleshooting of hardware, software, networks, and user issues3. Management of third-party vendors (ISPs, Microsoft licensing, service providers)4. Microsoft 365 administration and licensing management5. Advising senior management on IT needs, risks, and improvements6. On-site support across locations as requiredREQUIREMENTS1. Grade 122. Tertiary qualification in IT (Diploma/Degree or equivalent)3. 3+ year’s experience in a similar role4. Has a good working history of IT and strong foundational knowledge5. Proven experience in IT support / IT administration6. Strong Microsoft 365 and Windows environment experience7. Comfortable engaging with senior leadership and non-technical users8. High EQ, patient, approachable, and service-oriented9. Mobile, adaptable, and able to work independently10. Must have a valid drivers license.
