We are looking for a driven, energetic, and commercially minded Account Manager to join our team and take ownership of a portfolio of SME retail partners. This role is responsible for managing and growing reseller relationships, achieving sales targets, driving in-store excellence, and ensuring alignment with the strategic objectives of both the Brand and Core Group. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow relationships with SME retail accounts Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets Train reseller staff on products, promotions, and brand positioning Ensure strong merchandising execution and in-store visibility Monitor account performance and identify growth opportunities Negotiate trading terms, promotions, and business opportunities Ensure effective execution of brand strategies within retail environments Provide regular reporting, forecasting, and market feedback Maintain high levels of customer service and account support Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational excellence Requirements Minimum 3 years experience in a retail supplier or account management environment Experience within the electronics or technology industry would be advantageous Strong commercial and financial understanding Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills Strong organisational and administrative ability Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated, energetic, and passionate about sales and relationship management Proficient in Microsoft Office, macOS, and iOS Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle Willingness to travel locally and internationally if required B-BBEE candidates are encouraged to apply What Were Looking For We are looking for someone who is proactive, resilient, and thrives in a dynamic retail environment.
