About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Fuel Station Manager to join our team in Paarl. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fuel station, including managing staff, sales, stock control, and branch operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales, staff, stock control, and branch operations
- Maintain strong financial, budgeting, and reporting skills
- Provide excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced retail environment

Requirements
- National Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years’ retail experience in a management role
- Proven experience managing sales, staff, stock control, and branch operations
- Strong financial, budgeting, and reporting skills
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail operating systems
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience driving sales growth and achieving profitability targets
- Knowledge of inventory management, stock reconciliations, and operational compliance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
