This role is ideal for a travel professional who thrives in crafting high-end group experiences and incentive travel packages. If youre a master of logistics, a lover of detail, and a creative itinerary builder, this could be your dream opportunity! ? Key Responsibilities ? Design and manage tailor-made travel experiences for groups and incentive travellers ? Handle end-to-end planning, quoting, and execution of itineraries ? Work closely with suppliers to negotiate rates and ensure premium service delivery ? Collaborate with corporate clients to align travel plans with business objectives Manage all travel logistics including flights, transfers, accommodations, and activities ? Provide on-the-ground support and problem-solving when needed ? Maintain strong relationships with DMCs, agents, and clients ? Ensure all services meet the companys luxury and quality standards ? Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and market developments Requirements ? Minimum of 3 years experience in group and incentive travel (luxury travel preferred) ? Proven experience in handling complex itineraries and high-end clientele ? Strong destination knowledge (local and international) ? Excellent organisational, communication, and negotiation skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously ?
