About the Role

The Deputy General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily business operations, driving strategic growth, and ensuring seamless departmental functions. This role requires a strong leader with excellent analytical skills, commercial acumen, and a guest-centric mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing daily business operations and ensuring all departments function smoothly
• Formulating long-term business strategies, identifying growth opportunities, and preparing operating budgets
• Leading, motivating, and developing subordinates to enhance efficiency and capabilities
• Ensuring organizational compliance with statutory laws, regulations, and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards

Requirements

• Grade 12 A Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong abilities to motivate teams and drive business growth
• Ability to analyse data, prepare reports, and make informed decisions
• Effective interpersonal skills for interacting with clients, staff, and boards
• Familiarity with PMS, POS, and revenue management systems
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
