About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Head of Contract Management to join our team in Somerset West, responsible for managing complex high-value contracts and key customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex high-value contracts
- Develop and maintain strong key customer relationships
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions
- Ensure effective risk management and governance
- Implement ISO Aligned Management Systems as required
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years experience as a Head of Contract Management in the Defence | Engineering Industry
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Law, Business Management, or Commerce
- Relevant Tertiary Education
- Postgraduate Qualification (advantageous)
- Contract Management Certification (advantageous)
- Proficient in MS Office and Enterprise Business Systems
- Strong knowledge of Contract Law, Commercial Principles, Risk Management, Governance
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and own Transport
- Contactable references and payslips required
Salary & Benefits
- Cost to Company Package of up to R 1.7 Million (negotiable based on experience)
