Somerset West: Retail Sales Consultant – Internal Showroom

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Consult with walk-in clients in a luxury showroom environment on tiles, taps, sanitaryware, and accessories Support new builds and renovation clients by calculating quantities from building plans Provide high-end customer service aligned with the Italtile brand Prepare quotations and follow up to close deals Conduct telephonic sales calls and follow-ups with professionals in the industry Assist with showroom maintenance: displays, pricing, POS materials Meet and exceed monthly sales targets REQUIREMENTS: 5 years sales experience (retail/home improvement preferred) Proven track record of excellent customer service Target-driven with ability to work both independently and in a team Strong communication skills written & verbal Competent in Microsoft Office and SAP Solid arithmetic skills and attention to detail Creative flair and design sense Own transport and valid SA drivers licence Minimum education: Matric Well-groomed, professional, and client-focused Able to multitask and meet showroom deadlines *ONLY SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES WILL BE CONTACTED*
