About the Role
We are a well-established Paint company in Western Cape, seeking a suitable TINTER to join our team at our Somerset West branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate colour matching and tinting of base colours according to the requirements on the batch card/order.
Key Responsibilities
- Matching and tinting of base colours according to the requirements on the batch card/order
- Repeat operation to attain specified shade
- Decanting of tinted products
- Matching of colours to master colour sample
- Making brush out cards of paint mix
- Maintaining current data keeping system: Complete register according to specs and sign off
- Print stickers for filing system and tints
- Saving customer details on computer
- Filing of brush out card
Requirements
- Grade 12 with Maths
- 2-3 years colour matching experience
- Bilingual English and Afrikaans
- Efficient communication skills
