About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Finance Manager to join our established Hotel & Resort Group in Mozambique Islands. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of the business, including cash flow management, revenue and debtors management, supplier and creditor management, international payments, salaries and wages administration, stock management, and month-end reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage cash and bank portfolios
- Monitor and manage revenue and debtors
- Oversee supplier and creditor relationships
- Facilitate international payments
- Administer salaries and wages
- Maintain accurate stock levels
- Prepare month-end financial reports and statements
Requirements
- Relevant experience in finance management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in accounting software and systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (not specified)
Salary & Benefits
- R25 000 per month (live-in expat benefits package)
