About the Role
We are seeking a BI Engineer to join our team of innovators in the telecommunications space. As a key member of our data-driven platform development team, you will play a crucial role in turning data into meaningful insights and improving business-critical systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Unlock Insights from Data
- Analyse and extract data to support reporting, dashboards, and decision-making
- Support & Enhance Systems
- Work closely with internal teams to maintain and improve core software platforms
- Solve Technical Challenges
- Assist with troubleshooting, configuration, and performance optimisation
- Bridge Business & Tech
- Translate business requirements into practical, data-driven solutions
- Drive Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to ongoing enhancements in an agile, fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Strong academic results (Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field)
- Up to 3 years experience in a data/BI/software-related role (advantageous)
- Solid SQL skills, including writing complex queries
- Basic understanding of web applications and software systems
- Exposure to ASP.NET is beneficial
- Experience with Python, Perl, or other scripting languages is a plus
