About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite and laboratory test work to optimise reagent suites and improve mineral beneficiation performance.
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients through regular visits, technical discussions, and business reviews.
• Prepare detailed technical reports, visit summaries, and monthly activity updates.
• Identify new business opportunities and promote suitable products to replace competitive offerings.
• Implement plant trials to introduce improved technologies and secure ongoing business.
• Monitor competitor activity and support marketing initiatives through regular reporting.
• Participate in ongoing technical and commercial training to enhance professional development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy, Chemistry, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in metallurgical operations, including plant and laboratory exposure
• Proven experience in technical sales or clientfacing technical support roles
• Strong analytical ability with excellent metallurgical data interpretation skills
• Effective communication and technical reportwriting capabilities
• Knowledge of mineral processing areas such as flotation, hydrometallurgy, precipitation, and solidliquid separation
• Strong project management abilities and willingness to travel internationally
• Valid driver’s licence
