About the Role
We are seeking a professional and dedicated Butler to join our luxury safari lodge in the Greater Kruger area, providing exceptional guest service and ensuring an unforgettable luxury safari experience. As a live-in role, we require a polished individual capable of delivering personalised service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalised, discreet, and attentive service to guests throughout their stay
- Anticipate and fulfil guest needs proactively
- Ensure guest rooms and suites are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Prepare and serve beverages, snacks, and light refreshments as required
- Assist with special requests, private dining setups, and bespoke guest experiences
- Coordinate with other lodge departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Uphold lodge standards for hygiene, safety, and operational procedures
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Butler or in luxury hospitality service preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Polished, professional, and discreet manner
- Ability to work flexible hours in a remote lodge environment
- Team player with a proactive and reliable attitude
