About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Camp Manager to lead our luxury game lodge in Eswatini, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and high operational standards. As a key member of our management team, you will oversee all departments, including F&B, Reception, Guides, Housekeeping, Grounds, and Maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all departments to ensure adherence to lodge standards and policies
- Manage staff contracts, grooming, training, rosters, and leave
- Approve purchases and oversee stock management and deliveries
- Capture and report on operational and financial records
- Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction and address special requests
- Monitor service standards during meals
- Ensure all guest-facing areas are clean, tidy, and fully operational
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 23 years related experience in lodge or hospitality management
- Strong business, customer service, leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
