About the Role

Join our high-end global search firm as a Candidate Resourcer, where you’ll utilize your expertise in headhunting and research-driven recruitment to deliver exceptional results for elite financial institutions and investors. With a focus on precision over volume, we’re looking for a detail-driven professional with a passion for the financial markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source passive talent from top-tier banking firms globally
  • Conduct screening calls to assess technical credibility and motivations of potential candidates
  • Develop and maintain detailed market maps focusing on the North American investment banking landscape
  • Identify business development leads through candidate conversations
  • Create high-quality candidate reports and shortlist packs tailored to sophisticated clients
  • Maintain accurate internal databases with meticulous attention to detail

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in candidate-led or research-based recruitment
  • Exposure to banking or professional services environments
  • Strong understanding of investment banking terminology and deal cycles
  • Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
  • Confident communicator who can build credibility with senior candidates
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup

  • Formal education/certifications (Bachelor’s, LLB, Matric, etc.) not specified

Salary & Benefits

  • R30 000 – R35 000 commission
