Join our team as a Chef Manager and take the lead in a busy high energy restaurant where quality, teamwork, and consistency matter. This role is ideal for a driven hospitality professional who enjoys being hands-on in the kitchen while guiding and supporting a team across both back and front of house operations. You will play a key role in setting standards, building strong working relationships, and ensuring every service runs smoothly from prep to plate. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage stock control, ordering, and waste reduction Maintain organisation and cleanliness across kitchen and service areas Oversee food prep and service, maintaining high culinary and preparation standards Work closely with front of house teams. Ensure clear communication and seamless service flow. Plan staff roster, support training, and encourage ongoing development Uphold food safety, hygiene, and health compliance at all times Promote a positive, respectful, and professional team culture
