About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commis Chef to join our team at a 5-star resort in South Africa. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Mediterranean cuisine and be able to work under pressure in a high-volume kitchen. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with food preparation, cooking, and plating.
  • Maintain mise en place for service.

  • 2–3 years’ experience as a Commis Chef.
