About the Role
We are seeking a professional and motivated Sales Lady to join our team at HotelJobs, where she will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and promoting our curio items effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a polite and professional manner
- Promote and sell curio items effectively
- Maintain attractive product displays and shop cleanliness
- Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately
- Provide product knowledge and excellent customer service
- Assist with stock control and inventory counts
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail and sales (curio/gift shop experience is an advantage)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Honest, reliable and well-presented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic numeracy and customer service skills an advantage
